What is PerchPeek?

At PerchPeek we dream of a borderless world where people have the freedom to live and work where they please. Where ideas and resources flow where they’re most needed unrestricted by national borders. We strive to create a world of opportunity for everyone, anywhere – one move at a time.

We’re building a streamlined Mobility ecosystem to empower businesses and individuals to move anywhere in the world. We support employers and employees through every stage of the relocation process, providing an affordable, scalable, high-value service, powered by technology and relocation expertise.

Have you ever relocated? If so, you probably know how overwhelming it can be—immigration hoops, tax implications, housing, shipping, utilities, banking…the list goes on. No matter where in the world you go, relocating is complicated, time-intensive, and stressful. PerchPeek was conceived to change that.

For relocators, our goal is to guide them through every step of their move with a delightful mix of tech, coaching, content, and partnerships which work together to make relocating simpler, faster, and more fun. That’s why we have the industry’s highest-rated relocator experience and over over 500 5-Star reviews on TrustPilot.

For employers, we streamline the entire process of supporting international Mobility into one easy-to-use platform, turning Mobility into a strategic advantage for thriving globally. That’s why we’re the Mobility partner of choice for best-in-class companies in Finance, Retail, and Tech.

Now you know why we’re so passionate about what we do!

The Role

PerchPeek is scaling events as our most powerful growth engine – from major HR conferences to intimate leadership dinners. We’re now looking for an Events Marketing Lead to quarterback our entire events strategy, turning in-person engagement into predictable, high-ROI pipeline growth.

This is a strategy-first role. You’ll shape the full events roadmap – decide where we show up, direct how we present ourselves, and hold the commercial metrics for success – with full ownership of strategy and performance, and the flexibility to design a events marketing function around smart systems, not constant travel. You’ll report into the Head of Marketing, collaborate closely with Sales and Product, and be supported by internal and external partners for logistics and on-site execution.

If you love combining creativity, commercial thinking, and strategic ownership, this is your channel to run.

Responsibilities

Whilst every role in a startup has a degree of flexibility over time, here is what we see as the role’s main responsibilities:

Own the global events strategy

  • Build and manage the annual events calendar across the UK, Europe, and North America.
  • Evaluate events for ROI, audience alignment, and brand fit.
  • Set clear objectives for lead generation, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.

Lead creative direction & experience design

  • Shape how PerchPeek shows up – messaging, booth experience, design, and storytelling.
  • Work with internal and external support to ensure a polished, consistent brand identity.
  • Bring fresh, high-impact ideas for how to stand out in every space.

Oversee execution

  • Direct execution of our events calendar with support from SDRs and admin assistants, where necessary, to ensure travel, setup, logistics, and delivery are seamless.
  • Be on-site for key flagship events (approx. 4 annually).
  • Keep events running smoothly without needing to personally attend every one.

Drive measurable performance

  • Develop pre-event outreach playbooks, and hold sales teams accountable to conducting that outreach.
  • Own the post-event scorecard: lead quality, SQLs, cost per SQL, conversion rates, ROI, including holding sales team accountable to diligent follow-ups.
  • Use insights to prioritise future investment and continuously improve impact.

Expand hosted experiences

  • Grow PerchPeek's hosted events, including client dinners, roundtables, conferences and branded events, into signature leadership experiences.
  • Shape the audience mix, themes, and partnerships that strengthen our reputation in HR and mobility.

Requirements

The type of person we think will be awesome at this will likely have the following range of qualities and experience:

  • 4+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset – you think in SQLs, ROI, and pipeline.
  • Strategic and structured – able to design and lead an events program end-to-end.
  • Excellent collaborator across Marketing, Sales, Product and Operations.
  • Confidence leading partners and internal teams.
  • Creative storyteller with strong taste and attention to detail.
  • Organised and proactive – able to manage multiple moving parts with diligence and ease.
  • Ready and able to travel internationally approximately 8-10 per year for events.

Whilst not necessary, we’re especially interested in candidates with the below skills or qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or brand experiences within a high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience running larger-scale events like conferences or multi-day formats
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or event platforms
  • Eye for event design and branding
  • Experience running events across international markets
  • Comfortable hosting or speaking at events
