Hello!
Thanks for checking out our job posting for the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PerchPeek. You’ve already taken a tiny step towards being a part of our team—huzzah! We know that taking your next career step is as exciting as it can be exhausting. So, with that in mind, we’ve tried to keep our description simple and cliché-free to help you decide if PerchPeek and this role are a good match for you.
What is PerchPeek?
At PerchPeek we dream of a borderless world where people have the freedom to live and work where they please. Where ideas and resources flow where they’re most needed, unrestricted by national borders. We strive to create a world of opportunity for everyone, anywhere – one move at a time.
Have you ever relocated? If so, you probably know how overwhelming it can be—immigration hoops, tax implications, housing, shipping, utilities, banking…the list goes on. No matter where in the world you go, relocating is complicated, time-intensive, and stressful. PerchPeek was conceived to change that.
We’re building a streamlined Mobility ecosystem to empower businesses and individuals to move anywhere in the world. We support employers and employees through every stage of the relocation process, providing an affordable, scalable, high-value service, powered by technology and relocation expertise.
The Role
Events have become one of our most successful growth channels - and you’ll be at the heart of them. This role is all about creating commercial opportunities through both live engagement at events and targeted outbound outreach. You’ll be part of the team representing PerchPeek at Talent Mobility conferences, industry dinners, and other high-impact meetups - working the floor with energy, confidence, and curiosity.
Alongside this, you’ll also lead smart outbound prospecting - researching, connecting with, and qualifying potential customers. These two areas go hand in hand - the face-to-face buzz and the methodical follow-up - and you’ll have clear targets for pipeline generated and how well those opportunities convert with our AE team.
You’ll report into Marketing and work closely with the commercial team. The environment is super collaborative, and you’ll be supported with training and shared tools. We’ll help you ramp up fast and learn the ropes of outbounding and enterprise sales - but we’re looking for someone who’ll bring their own energy, resilience and hunger to hit goals.

- Creating meetings and pipeline for the AE team
- Following up on every lead and ensuring no momentum is lost
- Working as part of a high-energy team - never flying solo - and contributing to a standout PerchPeek presence
Targeted Outbound Prospecting
- Leading smart outreach in collaboration with the marketing team
- Researching accounts and identifying relevant personas
- Personalising messages, testing different approaches, and tracking engagement
- Owning the top of funnel and contributing to pipeline and revenue goals

- Experience in field marketing, campus sales, or event roles
- Previously worked to pipeline or revenue goals
